How to describe specifically what this site is about…..?
It’s basically my portal in which I can express 3 loves of mine – Marketing, SEO and Social Media.
Marketing
I currently work for Toshiba, one of the biggest technology companies in the world, as their Online Marketing Web….Guru (Project Manager) to put it bluntly. Having worked in advertising and marketing for many years now, I have managed to acquire an enthusiastic taste for all things related. I have a passion for everything online and, to me, online is everything!
I will try to convey an honest opinion on all the topics I cover in Marketing, and welcome your comments and engagement too.
SEO – Search Engine Optimisation
Part of my roll at Toshiba is to head up the SEO campaign for the UK, Ireland and four Nordic countries. This is a project that I took on back in 2008 and given my knowledge and expertise we have seen astronomical results so far from the 6 websites. As part of this site, I will try to educate and inform my visitors on SEO tips and hopefully help those in their search for all things SEO. My particular standpoint comes from working with SEO for large corporations and the joys and tribulations that come with that environment.
Social Media
If you are an SEO enthusiast, then you have to be a fan of Social Media – i am obsessed with it, personally and professionally. Similar to the above, i will be educating and informing about Social Media when working within large organisations.
